Thomas seems to take a while to even register that at all, though, not quite realising until he shifts in Heartland's lap and feels the heavy, full weight of his stomach from the way Heartland has allowed him to stuff himself so completely. Looking down slowly, he lifts the fabric of his too-large sweater to see the way his stomach bulges out a little, full and bloated from the food.
(he should feel sick and that occurs to him now but he doesn't, not at all)
